Manitou is hoisted up at Fay's getting a new coat of bottom paint and a good cleaning (she is not the easiest to clean while afloat!). I am also installing a new thru-hull transducer for my chartplotter. Any suggestions on other preventative stuff that I should be looking at while she is high and dry? GO SOX!!!!!

While she is out of the water its a good time to replace the seals on any thru hull fittings below the waterline... bellows in the case of I/O drives.... packing in the case of propeller shafts...

All seals and bellows. If you have a sea strainer, that should be cleaned thoroughly.
