From Wikipedia:
"The MS Mount Washington is the flagship vessel of the Winnipesaukee Flagship Corporation." And from the NH Secretary of State's Corporate Division: https://www.sos.nh.gov/corporate/soskb/Corp.asp?360184 Their current annual report filed with the Corporate Division: http://www.sos.nh.gov/imaging/12595579.pdf(I hope this link works!) From what I can tell, the state has no legal stake in the Mount.
