Rob, Is there something happening there? Seems like an expensive and small site for a restaurant.

Default old thread

There is an old thread covering this (link is below). At one time, a member named "Big Kahuna" claimed to have inside knowledge of what was happening...but I never saw any activity there.
In the thread, another restaurant owner speaks about investigating the property, but mentions there are issues which limits it's "attractiveness". (is there such a word?) Lease issues, parking issues etc. Anyway, here is the link...

That's why I was wondering,I believe they said GR Investment (Gordon Ramsey) was doing something with it. I recently read an article that the nasty man was in alot of financial problems of his own now.

One issue seems to be that it is actually TWO pieces of property! One must have leased to the other. See the fence!

Taken August 2008. The fence runs right under the roof overhang.

Great site for demoing and then selling/renting all sorts of water craft: kayaks, canoes, sunfish & other smaller sailing crafts. No-engine craft and all the accessories needed, such as life vests.

This is not a rumor!
