For any motorcycle enthusiast looking for a local mechanic and shop, I can t recommend enough Brian Gray of Brian Gray's Performance located at 1434 Lake Shore Rd in Gilford just a little after the Walmart.
He is a top notch mechanic specializing in Harley Davidson motorcycles. His prices are more than fair and his service time is quick! While I have been taking my bike to him for a couple of years now for inspections and such, recently my bike needed servicing for an engine light that was coming on, state inspection, a new choke pull and a three hole fluid change. Brian took my bike right in and got it all done in a couple days. While he had the bike he took the time to go through it for me and noticed that my rear spokes were dangerously loose and took care of that issue for which I am very grateful! Two thumbs up for Brian Gray!! Dan

Brian Gray's Performance is located between the Wendy's Restaurant and Gilford Well Drilling in Gilford, close to Walmart. It does not have any sign that identifies it as a motorcycle repair business and most people driving past it have no clue that it exists as a motorcycle repair. What it needs is a simple, plain 4'x8' sign attached to the building with a happening picture motif of a motorcycle and the name, Brian Gray's Performance to better identify it.
Suggest they go to Paquette Signs in Center Harbor and have them design a plain 4'x8' simple sign that's 50% a picture motif of a motorcycle made with vinyl graphics design and the name Brian Gray's Performance ...... ![]() It could be just three colors, black, gray, and white background with a speeding motorcycle design motif in the center with Brian Gray's above, and Performance below. People buy with their eyes and it really helps to have a simple, plain, easy-to-see sign that identifies a business to the traffic driving past.

I second Brian Gray's Performance. Every time I took my bike to Laconia (Meredith) H-D, I felt like I needed to take out a short term loan. BG is very reasonable and does a solid job.
One question I have, who owns the classic bikes stored there? Quite a collection! |
