Echo Shores Webcam Password Challenge

Anyone else getting errors when trying to view the Echo Shores webcam?
When I click on the small image for it on the Weirs Cam page it asks for UserID and Password. Ignoring this brings up an Unauthorized message.
Has the owner of the webcam added a login requirement, does anyone know?

If you click on the photo instead of the name, you should be able to see the photo. Same thing happened to me.

That CAM is operated by a forum member. I'm sure he will fix it soon. Until then here's a direct link to the image:
