Title search and closing company recommendations?

All, I am buying a slip at the lake and would appreciate any recommendations for a title search and closing company. All I want is good & cheap

That is often contradictory but I want the most affordable company that is dependable. Any and all info is appreciated.

I bought a boat slip in January and used Red Door Title and was very happy. Much better experience than the title company I used to buy my house. They have been around New Hampshire for a while but just opened an office in Meredith. Liz Widmer was the contact person.

Here's another "thumbs-up" for Paramount in Laconia. I've used them for 4 real estate transfers and they are first-rate.
