New NH Registration by mail?
I am selling my boat this weekend to an out of state buyer who intends to register the boat in NH. Because the registry will not be open he intends to register by mail by sending in the application, bill-of-sale, and check for fees. I checked the NH DMV site and it looks like this is possible. Am I right? I just don't want to give him bad information.
