Have you looked into buying a carpet cleaner at Home Depot or Lowes? They are relatively cheap, do a great job and the payback is incredibly quick.

I contacted them last week to get an estimate, and the owner got back to me quickly. He was very nice and professional, and the estimate he gave me was very reasonable.

Just wanted to follow up with a post about Rick from King of Klean. He came out to my house yesterday to clean the carpets. They did a GREAT job. He was very nice and professional - will definitely use him again in the future.
