We are closing on a house in Moultonborough soon. Currently, the house has a dish on the roof. I'm trying to figure out the best option for cable/hi-speed. Time Warner or Direct TV?
Any suggestions? Thank you. |

Depends a lot where you live in M'boro, whether you can get TW, or DSL or that certain other provider advertising in the classifieds here. They each have their advantages: speed, cost/byte and availability respectively.

We will be in Suissevale. Do you know what's available there? Thanks!

Most of Suissevale is wired with TW. If you wish to PM me with an address, I can tell you for sure, or you can check the telephone pole yourself
Dsl is NOT available. Commercial WIFI is NOT available. EVDO (internet over the cellphone) has a marginal signal. The satellite dish you mention might have been left over from the days when Moultonboro didn't have any cable, which wasn't that far back.
