Rotating tires?

I have been getting my tires from Costco. They fill with nitrogen, really did not know that previously. Then every 5,000 miles they balance and rotate. Have a 5 year warranty. So, this can be done no matter where you are at the time.
My convertible needs new tires, and the dealer quoted $1,850. There are different sizes front and rear. Going forward necessary to pay for balancing and rotations. Cannot rotate on this car. Costco quoted a price of $,200. Michelin tires.
