Condo Communities on Winni.

I'm trying to get some information regarding a few condo communities around the big Lake. Breakwater Condos Laconia: located in Paugus across from Irwin Marine. Gilford Meadows Gilford and last Mineral Springs Condos located in Gilford near Elacoya State Park I know there are many other Condo Assoc around the Lake, but these in particular fall into my budget. Oh.. and last... what is your opinions about Lake Opechee, located in Laconia. I know it's a small lake (400-500 acres), but it has a small community appeal to me.... but maybe too small ! Any information about these condo communities would be appreciated !

Try the Overlook on Paugus Bay. It is a small community with only 36 units. It has both docks and moorings that goes by seniority. This was the first year there was a waiting list. There are several units for sale including ours that will almost assure you space. If you want more info drop me a note.

On Paugus bay has some units for sale, Mine being one. Some have docks. Not sure what your budget is. Feel free to email me.

Still looking for condo to purchase around Winnie and Winnesquam. Getting nervous when I hear about the increase in taxes. This is an obvious concern to me, when making a purchase. Would be interested in condos, "off the water"! Looking in towns of Gilford,Alton, Laconia, Meredith and Tilton.

Also, does anyone have information about the "Mineral Springs" condos in Gilford, located near Elacoya State Park? THANKS !
