Local rules are very important for safety.
In Miami, a Stop sign means “speed up and proceed to beat the other guy, especially if you don’t see the other guy.” Similarly, A red light means “ slow down as you proceed through the intersection.” We’re the “Drive Free and Die” state. Relevant to the Lakes Region as some traffic rules are exportable.
