Seaplane Pilot, in the next line, he admitted to being "ultra-stereotypical and judgemental", so as an educator I am disappointed that he uses that particular term. Hopefully he's not stereotypical and judgemental dealing with his students.

Actually, stereotypes (and slurs) are central to one of the units in my rhetoric class—specifically, in terms of power structure and social hierarchy. It's one of the best.
