I always like to know a bit about a company's policies and practices before gracing them with my business.
I am not now, nor ever will be, a Spectrum customer. I am on the national "do not call" list. Nevertheless, I receive between 3 and 15 robocalls from Spectrum each and every day, all with spoofed caller ID. If you press "1" (as directed) you are connected to an ESL operator in an off-shore boiler room who attempts to sign you up. I complained (in a public forum) to Spectrum. They were most apologetic and directed me to a web page where I could specify contact information to be removed. I did. It made no difference whatsoever. |
