Schools like Brewster New Hampton Tilton Holderness etc are not offering any new student discounts. I know this first hand as my son was accepted to most as a freshman this year and we decided on New Hampton. Non offer any discount what so ever.

Sure, Brewster will never have a discount, granted. Nor should they.

Point was incentives are everywhere, from Catholic schools tossing a couple thousand out there to 32 new Condo's @ Bartons going up for 665-775k. Those aren't going to NH people.....

So counting down to September waiting for the out of state plates to go away isn't going to happen - there is an influx coming. You see it right now and think it's just summer folks day-tripping, but it's not....go ask a realtor who's buying these houses
