I'm guessing possibly because boating doesn't usually start up until about Memorial day? With this being said, they did say some interesting things about camps which can be open now:

I see some private marina's are doing this, and even saying members only and no guests or visitors (only your 'same household' family members are allowed at the marina). Some are closed completely, and yet other's seem to be ignoring and doing nothing? What do you think marina's should do?
