Average price for a slip near Roberts Cove?

Can anyone give some insight into the average price of a slip between Alton and Wolfboro, around the Roberts Cove area? Private rental or marina.

Seems so!

I know of one private dock that rents for $90/ft but it sounds a little on the cheap side to me. I would have expected up to $120/ft to be more like the average.

I'd expect northwards of $2,500 for a small slip.

I'm not sure you can even get Valet for that anymore.
