If it makes you happy, I will rephrase my comment: “They spent a “LOT of MONEY” building this thing.

I think the point is 600k is not the better part of 1M your off by 40% not close and if you borrowed the funds the debt service between 1M and 600k is significant by way of sales needed to cover the additional 400k debt service.
