There's only maybe 8 to 10 docks there now? they would have room over the other side to put in new ones though, IF they could get approvals for them.

I'd go seasonal if they are actual RV pads though. Should be interesting.

good question, but how would that be, in NH you can only have so many docks per linear feet of shoreline, unless you are in a marina status which would need approval and have to provide 5 out of 7 services (or is it 3 out of 5) or you existing structure is grandfathered and just replacing
