Very interesting. Where do the sidewalks go and why would snow removal equipment be bought before the sidewalks are even approved, let alone built?

What is article 12 about, wasn't a gym/ rec center turned down several years ago? Why is it being tried again?

Looks as though it is important for Moultonboro voters to attend town meeting to make sure that a bunch of wild spending is not approved.
