A tree house not supported by a tree/trees is not a true tree house.
Not too innovative if you ask me. Then to be put in your front yard of a nice house is somewhat...well different.

It is right on the water next to the Winni river on Church St. in downtown Laconia. Quite a sight to see in person.

Just to clarify some but I think that's the same place with the tree house, correct?
I hope that's not an active chimney though. |

I don't see a chimney in the picture. What are you talking about?

Look towards the back of the deck, dead center. Sure looks like a brick chimney to me.

Thats the same property. The treehouse can be seen in the upper left. If you do Google streetview you can move around the front and side of the the 2 buildings. Corner of Church and Riverside.

When I took this photo, the treehouse was not easy to compose for a photograph; today, it has a large sign posted on it, and it is readily viewable from the lake on Tuftonboro Neck. ![]() |
