Default Best Fireworks Display On The Lake! Wolfboro Bay July 5th !

July 5th, at Dark, The Best Fireworks Display On The Lake...... wants all you boaters to float around Wolfeboro Bay and Enjoy The Show !

This Show is from a private residence on the Sewall Rd side of the bay, about half way between downtown and G&H Boatyard. It has been said that good non-boating viewing spots are the town docks or the town beach located across the bay.

there is also another private display on the 5th in Meredith Bay. Probably not as good as the Wolfeboro display but for those that don't want to travel.

Default Fireworks display in Wolfeboro Bay

Looks like possible thunderstorms Friday night. Wolfeboro's fireworks rain date is Saturday the 5th. That would make a huge fireworks display if both were going off at the same time. Should be interesting to see what prevails.

Let's hope in doesn't happen. It better not happen.

Tropical Storm Could Ruin July 4

The first tropical storm of the season may hit just in time to wreck your plans for the July 4th weekend. On Sunday, the National Hurricane Center predicted that a tropical storm (to be named Arthur if it reaches that status) may start pounding the East Coast this upcoming holiday weekend. From the South to New England, the Eastern Seaboard could be in for a beating. Even if it doesn’t qualify as a full-blown tropical storm, there is a good chance the weekend will be too rainy for grilling burgers and getting drunk at the beach. In a worst-case scenario, we’ll be celebrating Independence Day just like the Founding Fathers did in 1776: without electricity.

We are still hopeful for Saturday night. Soaking wet lawn is now the concern.

Default Yay! Time?

I think you said "dark" at some point, but "dark" is relative. Do you mean around 9:00pm?

Amazing job - the water fireworks were very neat - I've never seen that before.

Well worth the trip from Gilford on the boat. Pretty rough on the way there but not bad at all on the way back. Only took spray over the bow once.

Thank you!

Default Thank you for the best fireworks display ever

What amazing fireworks. It was a continuous finale display for over an hour with music playing in the background. We thank the family that gave us such a wonderful 4th of July on the fifth celebration. You are very generous and kind to offer this to the general public as well.
Now that was a 4th of July celebration.
