Pontoon Boats
I notice GF boat owners switched to GF pontoon boats so that they don't get harassed. Pontoons were the 'darlings' of the go slow crowds as they were very slow boats. Now it is common knowledge pontoons are capable of 3 figures. I have many times had pontoons blew by me when I was at maximum speed. Seems like a good plan until you hit rough water, you will be crazy going that speed!
