Be sure to call Marine Patrol too. As crazy as this sounds, the owner may not be a member on the Forum.

I really wish people would mark canoes and kayaks (or anything else not registered) with their name and number so MP can check on the owners well being as well as get it returned.

I dropped the boat off at the Marine Patrol in Glendale. They were happy to take it.
