I take it that you tried the micro? I would never be able to tell the difference in a blindfold test. What I like is I don't have to wait for all that water to boil and also heat up the kitchen on a hot summer day. The micro boils that small amount of water real fast. I'm sure its much more economical from an electrical use standpoint also. I'm going to cook some more tonite!

No I haven't tried it yet, but I will. Ever since I converted to a propane stove from a smooth top, water boils reallllll sloooooow. Micro, particluarly in the hot summer is the way to go. Thanks again.
