Two reasons....
READ THE DARN POST...she stated that they did not want to drive, so they took a stroll.
Secondly...if responsible adults enjoy getting a litte tippsy once in a while, who are you to judge?
I'm sure the reason is that some type of OUI has played a roll in your life, but her review had nothing to do with OUI.
