I think the next time we visit this restaurant I will ask for the sauce on the side. I'm not a big fan of the sauce and the meat is delicious enough to stand alone.
I wonder if it might be a good idea to offer two types of BBQ sauces to keep all the patrons happy? Aren't there tomato based and the molasses based sauces? Don't know a lot about barbecue, but I know I love the pork, beef and chicken from a smoker.
