I'd clean up anyway. No sense waiting for every last leaf - it will be a nice weekend to do yard work - after all it could snow next weekend!. All winter long things will be blowing around - and the Spring clean up will catch that and anything yet to fall this year. My $0.02...

Most of the leaves are down. The oaks have dropped a lot of leaves this week, but many oak trees in the woods still have 30%+ leaves left.
