Friends of ours own a mobile home in a seasonal park on Lakeside/Scenic road in Laconia. They have a cat. They purchased it for 50K and pay a seasonal fee. They have a beautiful view of the lake and the scenic railroad train passes by several times a day along their beach( which their grandkids love) . If you are looking for seasonal this might be an option.

Something to consider. Our grandkids would love that too!

Jozie - as it appears that you are new to the Forum ... I completely understand your reluctance to "Private message" but on this site your anonymity is maintained. It is a simple method of conversing (under your screen name) without everyone else watching.

Yes, I am new to the forum and new to this posting stuff. Hope I am doing ok. I am not social media savvy! Thank you for the clarification and easing my concerns. Much appreciated!

Is anyone sending him/her a test message to make sure it works for them. I am a newbie here also but have used PM's on other forums and never had any problems.

If you want to send or receive PMs from other members check your settings. When you are logged in click "User CP" on the blue nav bar, go to Settings & Options|Edit Options. In the "Messaging & Notification" section there is a setting to enable Private Messaging and some other options. You can even select to get an email notice whenever you receive a PM (if you have a valid email address in your profile).
