I love dogs, but never took one with me when I went shopping.

I was at the Tanger outlets last year and I saw the police come in and were talking to a couple of people. Turns out, this couple was walking between two parked cars and there were two dogs inside one of them, good sized dogs, (of course, no owners around...off shopping), one of the dogs reached out and bit one of those people. Not sure what the outcome of that whole thing was.
