Smile Kitchen stove vent help . . . please

We have a fairly new house. The vent, over the kitchen stove, is vented out a wall into a porch area which is screened in the summer and somewhat enclosed, in the winter, then out through the roof of the porch. The venting material looks to be "stove-pipe".

I think there's something amiss, as one can smell the odor of what ever is being pulled out of the stove, in the porch, rather strongly. Further when it's cold (and when hasn't it been, lately) the chill blows in through the vent and into our kitchen. Unpleasant and expensive.

Seems to be a contradictory problem ... cold air coming in ... cooking odors not going out ....

I've tried to get help from a few local HVAC people without success. Perhaps I'm barking up the wrong tree.

Can you recommend a person or company which would fix the problem?

By the way, I'm old and fat and I'm not climbing up on that porch roof . . . .
come hell or high water.
