Several years ago, the Dad of one of my brother's friends did the exact same thing. He was older than this man, (in his mid to late 80's), and went to Saturday evening Mass. It was in the winter, so it was dark when he left the church and he became confused and disoriented on his drive home and drove down a boat ramp into the cold ocean water and did not survive. Very sad.
