Wow, talk about misinformation. Although it is true that Kimberly Guilfoyle is currently a Fox news contributor, she was NOT the plaintiff in the tragic Dianne Whipple case. The plaintiffs were two attorneys, Marjorie Knoller and Robert Noel and Fox's Kimberly Guilfoyle was the ADA/prosecutor.
Also, while it is true that one of the plaintiffs (Knoller) was paroled after 4 years, that parole was revoked On August 23, 2010 when the First District Court of Appeal in San Francisco ruled 3-0 that the plaintiff Knoller acted with a conscious disregard for human life when her dogs killed Diane Whipple. Knoller is currently serving a sentence of 15 years to life.
