Thanks go to Susan (07/30/2009), and here it goes:

Grease baking pan with butter
Cover bottom with minced onion
Place white fish filets in pan
Spread butter on fish
Sprinkle with paprika
Pour ½-1 cup of milk into pan
Top with crushed corn flakes
Bake at 325° until fish flakes and is no longer translucent
20 minutes for 1" thick
30 minutes for 2" thick
35 minutes for 3" thick
