Default Boston Boat Show

The Boston Boat Show is next week from Wednesday through Sunday.

Any promo codes for admission discounts?

Default Reduced show

The size of the Boston Boat show will be much smaller this year. Early estimates are that it will be about 1/4 the size it has been in previous years taking up much less floor space.

That makes sense. Since the boat dealers are pretty much selling everything they have prior to, or as soon as they get them, why pay for floor space and advertising.

I know most jet skis are sold before they even get to the store. If you want one you will need to get on a waiting list. Most jet ski dealers have already pre-sold almost everything they will get this entire year.

Default Time killer

We have to go down to Boston on the 16th and spending the night so we can do some necessary appointments on the 17th starting early in the morning.

We thought we'd hit the show, but at $18 apiece, and that small, we're now rethinking.

Here's a link to the floorplan.

Default Discounts

Hope I remember correctly--Seems like the admission includes a magazine subscription or two. There was a booth near the entrance where you can reject the subscriptions ang get a partial refund. Also, discount code. "BoatUS" used to work. If you have Progressive Insurance, I think there's discount there, using your policy number when you buy on line. May be different this year.

Now that I don't have a boat, I don't have Progressive for insurance and don't have a need for TowBoatUS, so I don't get emails from them with discounts anymore. Just curious about discounts, but even at a say $16 discounted price, $32 plus parking for an abbreviated show probably is not going to happen for us.

There's always next year.

I didn’t notice a Whaler booth on the floor plan, no Goodhue Boat Company this year? https://www.newenglandboatshow.com/boat-brands

Default Exhibitors

If you look at the list of exhibitors not the boat brand list, Goodhue is on the list as is Irwin, Winnisquam, Melvin Village Marina, Sheps and NH Marine Patrol.

No Silver Sands either. I know that they had already sold all of their build spots for 2022 Supra's by November.

Good to know Boston Whaler will be represented. It isn’t listed in the boat brands section either. https://www.newenglandboatshow.com/boat-brands
