I bought my first Hyundai at Grappone, but used Belknap Hyundai to service due to the distance travelling to Concord.
After Irwin purchased it, I stayed with Irwin... so I have been a customer since Irwin Hyundai came into being.

Default Service Dept

While we have not bought a Hyundai there we take both our Sonata and Toyota Highlander there for service and have been happy with the work.

Default Irwin Service.

I have not bought a vehicle there as I shop online and buy specifically what I want from another dealer.

My gf and her mother used to service their Toyotas there. It is hit or miss and often sends cars to QuickLane for basic service. Not all the scheduled maintenance, such as cabinet air filters are performed.

As for the $300 Ceramic coat package, I have heard many customers complain it does not last.

This could happen to anyone at any automotive shop.

Neighbor always buys Toyota locally. Never any problems.
BUT.
Just an oil change.
One time driving home from that Toyota dealership.
The engine oil light came on not far from his home.
He telephoned the Toyota dealership.
They came with a tow/flat bed truck and took it back to dealership.

Opinion.

Always have your nuts checked.

Default Stay away.

If they are anything like their Toyota sister store... I'd steer waaaaaay clear!! (pun not intended).

You took your Toyota to the Hyundai shop and they transferred it down to Billy?
Maybe they were overbooked... but I know the gate between the upper and lower parking lot tends to be locked.
