Sounds really interesting, esp. for the vegetarians in the
family. Help orient me--what was this building before?

The bowl place is ground floor on the corner of Main St. Used to be a real estate office.

YAY! I admired your signs all summer, and was bummed for you with apparent construction delays. We love healthy bowls and seafood, hoping to add you to our regular rotation this summer. Good luck!

Not first day, weeks later, but very disappointed. I am a big "bowl" fan and the best "bowls" have not just the basic "starch, protein & vegi" selections, but a wide variety of interesting a tasty garnish-type ingredients to upscale the basic bowl. Also "local" and fresh without the packaged preservative flavor is required, for my dollar anyway.

My wife went yesterday for lunch. Counter service with design your own bowl menu--pick a grain, pick a protein, pick veggies and topping. Very nice seating area. She loved it (and she's very demanding)

My take….food was very good, portions are small. Good for a quick, light lunch. I left hungry.

I can see how this could happen to an unsuspecting man. Like many bowl places, it is designed for people with sensible appetites, i.e. women. But we went today, and there is a solution...

When you order the Build Your Own Bowl, the norm is a 3 Bowl--1 base, 1 veggie, 1 protein. But you can bump it up in increments to a 6 Bowl--double base, double veggies, double protein. The protein is chicken, salmon, steak, vegan; about 4 oz/serving. So if you order the 6, it's really enough for just about anybody. I had the 4, and it was excellent
