There has been a lot of activity the past few weeks starting with new NHEC power input update about a month ago. It may be 3 phase power. Crews apparently working on finishing the interior; exterior trim and what looked like work on a left rear deck.

Post on FB
There was a post on Facebook stating that if any non-profit organization wanted some restaurant equipment such as pots and pans, and other restaurant items, to stop by and talk to him. Looks like they getting closer, just unlikely to be open during this season.

Going to track how many complain that the new place "just isn't the William Tell" just as they did when Woodlands gave it a good shot.

Of course, we are anxious for it to open, too!! They have certainly spent a lot of money and time renovating; however, I think their success will depend on the menu. Hope it’s unique and delicious and not overpriced.

There has been low level but mostly continuous activity the past 6 weeks or so. Outside trim, landscaping, kitchen furnishings, and so on. Friday and Saturday the parking area was filled, graded and compacted. Today new pavement was applied.
Now a country boy could speculate that they could now open whenever soon or spring. But what do I know. |

I can’t understand why the owner is keeping everything “top secret,” as their sign has said for many months. Doesn’t he want to generate some interest?
