Stained fiberglass shower ?
I have a stained fiberglass shower, as a result of hard water.
I've corrected the hard water by replacing my whole-house filtration system as it had failed, 18 year old Culligan system. I digress.... Getting back to shower staining, it appears to have a rust colored stain as a result of water iron content. Staining is not really bad but definitely discolored. What would be a good cleaner to bring back original 'white' brilliance ? Could I used a fiberglass 'boat' restorer cleaner for this purpose ? FYI, I have used 'Gel-Gloss' to clean in the past, but the product leaves and unpleasant odor, and does not really remove staining ? Suggestions ? |
