Lost boat
MY NEIGHBORS BOAT BROKE FREE EARLY THIS MORNING, 26 ft sea ray , near METHODIST CIRCLE,weirs beach call 508-789-9906 if anyone sees it

That must have been a bit nerve wracking,,,

It was on his mooring, however the bolt that holds the shackle had unscrewed. He found the boat resting up against Flightcrafts dock, no damage.
I told him what I do to prevent that bolt from coming loose. I wrap a piece of stainless steel wire thru hole and then around shackle and then for triple measure I do the same thing with a plastic wire tie. I am sure thats what he will do in the spring. |
