Smile Where are the snow flakes?

I thought for sure on Monday the drifting snow flakes would grace the site.
Not trying to be pushy, just asking.

To all, a cool Yule.

What's the departure rate for San Francisco? We hear crazy stories on TV. Are real estate values holding up?

Real Estate prices are through the proverbial roof here in Burbank, California.

Happy tidings to all on the forum.

In recent years I just activate them on Christmas eve through Christmas day. Believe it or not I got complaints when I ran them longer:

Default WMUR wrong

I watched WMUR this morning and they said no snow today.

I come on Winnipesaukee.com and what do I see? Light snow falling.

Christmas is now complete. Merry Christmas all.

I keep trying to melt them before they get to the bottom of the screen.

Real estate values continue to sky-rocket in Baghdad-by-the-Bay, but not to the extent of The Lakes Region.

I read the same stories about the exodus. Most of my friends have left this expensive cesspool.

I don't associate much with the Gettys, Larry Ellison, Mark Zuckerberg, etc., so I can't comment on that segment of the populace here, but, those I wish would leave ( I either trip over them on the sidewalk, or slip in their waste) not only remain, as this City strives to house them and give them everything they need, including hypodermic needles (400,000/month) and maid service under the freeways, they attract even more mendicants.

Why did Mayor London Breed declare the Tenderloin an emergency zone? Because she's running for re-election next year.

Epiphanies run rampant during re-elections.

My epiphany?

Maybe it's time to move to the State I love most...New Hampshire.

Hopefully no one will slip on their waste as someone is now publishing "POOP MAPS" as areas that should be avoided in San Francisco.

They also publish Poop Maps for Seattle.

A sad state of affairs for sure these days!

San Francisco has none. Donner Pass has about 202" so far this month, over half of that in the last 7 days. San Francisco is as close to Donner Pass as Boston is to the White Mountains. Donner Pass is higher than the whole of the east coast. Just a few weeks ago people were saying California was in a permanent drought, this is over 250% of their normal for this time of year, and about two feet more than the previous record.

One of my very best days was in June 2018. I stuck NH in the GPS and an hour later I joined I-80 and it told me to keep right on I-90 in 2397 miles. Half a day later we stopped at the top of I-80 to record the occasion. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

I am glad we didn't leave it longer though, there's not a lot of homes on the market here now.
