Fiddlehead Farms
On our vacation week last month, we took a drive down to Fiddlehead Farms in Alton, which I learned about from the Forum. It didn't look like much from the outside, but inside the market was great for browsing -- lots of interesting stuff. We took home some nice breads, jams, dried fruits and a bottle of oatmeal beer from Belgium -- darkest beer I ever drank. The drive from the Weirs down to Alton Bay is one of my favorites, and the weather was great all week.
