Default More trouble West Alton

A lot of police activity Wednesday and Thursday at the same location. Sounds like there was second arrest, resulting from further investigation, connected to the first arrest. Details are still a little sketchy.

The first arrest:

Default Activity

I know that the marina itself had limited or no access on Thursday due to the presence of the State Police and the FBI. The marina is said to be open for business today, probably not as normal. Waiting to see if there is an update in the paper or online, but haven't heard anything yet. We launch our boat weekly from here, so it'll be interesting to see how this develops.

Default Man Indicted

The indictments were issued by the latest session of the Belknap County grand jury.

Murray’s arrest occurred one week after one alleged victim went to Alton Police and said he had been sexually assaulted and paid cash to provide pornographic videos and pictures to Murray.

You raise a very interesting question, and the answer is that too often that are released back out into the public in a short period of time.

Frightening,,,

I believe so. The thought came to mind because my sister and I were discussing the case of child porn against a reality tv personality. Included on his computer was a video of an 18-month old being raped. Castration was the first punishment that came to mind.

The short answer re: chemical/surgical castration for sex crimes is ; yes, it has been used.

Best to leave it at that for the Forum.

When I was a little league coach in Moultonborough in the 70's, this person was a volunteer coach on another team. He lived in Wolfeboro at the time. I was suspicious about the way he touched kids while coaching.
Two of the boys came to me to tell me that he had invited them to the drive-in and had bought them gifts.
I immediately confronted him, he left the program and never heard of him again until I stumbled on this story.
These people are everywhere that there are children. Church youth groups, scouts, schools. Be cautious...protect your kids from these perverts.
