Hi All,
I am looking for pictures of the old governors mansion that was on Governors Island until it burned down in 1934. Thanks in advance for your help. Andy |

Do you mean the Stilson Hutchins mansion? Here is a thread from long ago with pictures.

I was told the foundation is still there and hints of landscaping in effect. I have not confirmed it nor would I go looking for it. It is funny the folks respect their 'back yard' privacy but flaunt themselves on the shore front.
