Default Black Cat Is. WxStation - HELP

I'd like to bring my station back from the decay it saw while I was personally out-of-action. There hasn't been any wind data for my station since the big storm of October 2017. The wind cups came off but survived intact and I saved them. I think it's a simple fix apart from accessing the top of the mast. Does anyone have a cherry-picker they're willing to bring?

We don't have to come within 6 feet of each other, but I'd like to see if I can fix those wind sensors without getting up on a ladder and fighting with wires, rusty bolts, & brackets.

Technical: The top of the mast is about 33 feet above ground level and the ground underneath is flat, grassed-over road gravel with just enough topsoil to make the grass grow. It's designed as yard space that dual-functions as vehicle access and parking if needed. The service drop is near enough to require some attention when positioning the truck but it's not in the way, and its vertical clearance of 17' is greater than DOT vehicle height restrictions.
