Default Thanksgiving ideas?

Anyone know of a restaurant that will be open Thanksgiving Day, in the Alton/ Laconia area, with the traditional turkey dinner? Would like to take my Dad to eat... Would appreciate your input. Thanks in advance!

Or you could go "cold turkey" and go meatless this Thanksgiving.

Afew years ago we went to hart's for thanksgiving, it was great! they had a big tent set up outside with the game on and appetizers and even a clown for the kids. The tent is because there was tons of people doing the same thing we were doing.

Default Thanksgiving Ideas

For the past 4 or 5 years we have taken the family to the Lake House at Church Landing. They do a buffet which I am not a fan of but it worked great for our family, two vegetarians, adults, and teens who prefer prime rib to turkey. Everyone enjoys the meal & dessert and when the teens get itchy they like to be able to walk around the grounds.
They have been taking reservations since the beginning of October so not sure if they have openings or not.

Default Open For Thanksgiving

The Lyons' Den will be open for Thanksgiving from 12 noon to 6 p.m. - open seating, reservations suggested and appreciated.

There will definitely be Turkey and Ham and lots of other delicious entrees. We will be advertising the menu about the middle of November.

Default Hart's all the way

When I think Thanksgiving, there is no better place than Hart's.

They live for Thanksgiving!!Plus make a great place all year round to get your fix of turkey, etc.
