Cross Roads leveled?

Last time I drove by it looked like the restaurant at the corner of 11b and Rt3 in the Weirs, had been bulldozed. Anyone know if there are any plans for the site. I heard that a gas station plan was stopped for environmental reasons.

I still can't figure how, what looks like prime tourist real estate has stayed vacant so long. The owner must be paying some pretty hefty taxes and his only income is a few parking fees during bike week.

On the same subject of abandoned retaurants, anyone know the story on the lobster place next to Parafunalia on 11b in Gilford? Another prime location vacant for years.

There was a "fire" there a few months ago, and it was razed shortly after.
