Default Quick Links Problem

Hi Don, I just noticed that the "Quick Links" button seems to point to a wrong location. Instead of providing the previous drop-down menu, clicking on the "Quick Links" button now takes us to: http://www.winnipesaukee.com/forums/...=1#usercptools. There may be something wrong at my end, but I wanted to mention my observation in the event that the problem isn't with me. Is anyone else experiencing what I am with the "Quick Links" button?

Hi Don, I'm getting the dropdown with my computer. I'm running IE8.

Default Not here

Hi Don

I just read your post, and signed in. When I click on the quick link button, next to search, I get the normal pull down menu.

I even clicked on a couple of the menu items, and they take me where I am supposed to go.

The code in the URL you sent says "nojs" which means "No Java Script". It means that your browser could not execute the Java Script needed for the Quick Links menu to work. The User CP Tools is the default page often used by vBulletin for system problems like that.

Here's a Javascript test: http://liblearn.osu.edu/tutor/jscript.html

If it doesn't work there is probably a problem with your browser or security settings. Also make sure that the Java plugin is installed and working.

I hope that helps.

Thanks, everyone. Yes, the problem was at my end. I do have Java Script installed and enabled, and until yesterday the Quick Links drop-down menu has worked fine. I turned my computer off last night and back on this morning and everything is working fine now. Not sure what was different yesterday, but all is well again. Thanks for the help.
