You could save your neighbor some cash by suggesting he gets one of these:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I saved about $150 in electricity last season using this. Opens up less water too, so was easier for me to get out onto the ice when I wanted. |
