Weirs Beach Tent & Trailer

I was checking my trailer at Paugus Bay Campground today and saw they are digging up Weirs Tent & Trailer Park. I know they've been trying to sell for the last few years so maybe they finally did. Does anyone know who bought it and what they're planning to build there?

I believe it's going to be a residential development of single family homes......Belknap county is not pausing too much concerning real estate development, lol, the flatlanders are coming
